SHE  HATES  SAYING  IT  OUT  LOUD,    for  it  makes  her  feel  like  a  high  schooler  who  has  just  begun  drinking.    but  the  bitter,   uneasy  taste  of  the  beer  on  her  tongue  makes  her  feel  a  little  queasy,   and  of  the  ones  on  the  menu,   there  is  only  one  drink  she  is  certain  she  likes.    ❛               excuse  me.    a  mojito,   please ?  ❜    a  smile  follows  then,   cheeks  tinting  red  with  childish  embarrassment.    a  bartender  is  hardly  going  to  care  about  what  a  customer  orders,   especially  when  they  have  rowdier  guests  down  the  bar  to  worry  about.    still,  she  feels  the  need  to  explain  herself.    ❛  I’m  not  really  a  fan  of  beer   &   I  was  feeling  a  little  adventurous.    thought  perhaps  it  would  taste  somewhat  better  in  Colorado  than  in  New  York,   but  it  seems  I  was  wrong.  ❜

WITH  THE  COMPANY  OFFICIALLY  IN  ITS     off - season,  Lise  has  decided  to  take  a  vacation,  and  what  better  way  to  spend  your  break  than  with  one  of  your  dearest  friends ?  She’d  wanted  to  surprise  him,  though  in  hindsight  she  regrets  this  decision           he  looks  very  BUSY,  sweeping  the  floors   &   entertaining  customers  hanging  over  his  bar.  Well,  there’s  no  turning  back  now !
