[Unglued Question] This is a question about Goblin Bookie. Lets say I'm playing Vial Smasher, and I have to choose an enemy at random for its effect. I decide to roll a dice to choose: Can I use Goblin Bookie to reroll the dice if I don't like the random choice?

No. It can only reroll dice actually specified by a card.

Hi! Can you explain when the game uses Last Known Information when resolving an ability? For example, lets say I have a two-power creature with the ability = Tap: This Creature deals damage equal to its power to target other creature. While the ability is on the stack, my opponent destroys it. The ability would deal two, correct? Why?

If the game needs information about a permanent or a card that’s no longer in the zone it expects it to be in, it can use that object’s last known information to determine what needs to happen.’This needs to be the case so that abilities like Modular and the like can function.

In the situation you describe, it will depends on how the creature left the battlefield. If it was killed by Ultimate Price, it will deal 2, but if it was hit by a -3/-3 effect, then it would deal 0 since its last known power was less than 0.

I'm having problems understanding Eye for An Eye. Suppose I am Targeted by a lightning bolt, which would kill me. In response, I play Eye for an Eye: How does Eye for an Eye resolve? Since Eye for An Eye needs to check if I'm damaged to resolved, and if, once we check the damage, I'm dead, does Eye for an Eye get stuck on the stack, never resolving? Does this situation change in multiplayer? Thanks!

Eye for an Eye is one of the older cards that you need to pretty much completely ignore the printed worded for. Be sure you look up the current oracle text for older cards like this one. Here’s the current oracle text for Eye for an Eye: “The next time a source of your choice would deal damage to you this turn, instead that source deals that much damage to you and Eye for an Eye deals that much damage to that source's controller.”

Eye for an Eye has a replacement effect, so when Lightning Bolt deals its damage to you, Eye for an Eye also deals 3 damage to Lightning Bolt’s controller. Then you lose and leave the game once state based actions are checked.

Any suggestions how would you play Conspiracies in an non-draft game? Some of them have a fun effect, and they don't seem overly powerful... still having no limit in the "seed phase" makes it weird in a non-draft game. Thoughts?
