After defeating the Nemean Lion, Hercules has been tasked with his second of twelve missions – to capture or kill ID-R.

The target is the failed result of a programme to genetically alter human “sklaves” in order to create a new breed of super-soldiers. He has now escaped from his cell in the prison on Herne – a moon of Argos – where all the failed experiments are held. But he has no intention of leaving the prison. Not until he has freed every single genetically modified prisoner within the impenetrable walls.

Hercules and his nephew Iolaus have been ordered to break into the prison, locate ID-R and his fellow escapees and neautralize the threat their superpowers pose to the mighty Axiomatikos.
