the reason why we don't use blackhawk or blackeye is because blackhawk is military-related and the tag would be filled with assassins and airplanes and it would be a mess. same with blackeye, we don't want to see any gore. so clintasha is easiest. :)

That makes sense, for tumblr at least! I bet I could still make a case for fanfic sites, tho. :)

I'm not a particularly huge fan of the series at all.

I really enjoyed it in the beginning, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the Chaos stuff when it really got going, and I felt a lot of issues didn’t really move the story along much.  I still enjoyed it, but less so as it progressed.  I would have liked to have seen more of the personal side of Natasha than the constantly fighting one. Like in Secret Avengers we saw that her and Jess hang out at spas and stuff, but in her solo she seems to be a complete loner and is always working, even in her time off.  Even in Fraction’s Hawkeye we see her hanging out at the tower playing cards with Clint, Jess and Bobbi. 

The art was the biggest draw for me, though, as I absolutely adore Noto’s art.

I’m just always worried about what the next writer will do with Natasha.  If she ends up in a book with Bucky again I will stab something.
