“Hello there, Starlight,” he said, warmly, a smile spreading across his handsome features, his scars highlighting his high cheekbones and curved lips. “To what do I owe this pleasure?” He raised his brows when Sirius warded the door with silencing and locking charms.
“Snivellus is stealing our wife!” Sirius blurted out in a gasp. He took off his sunglasses and paced the floor of the large office, his long legs easily completing the stride across and back in seconds. His hair sprang out of its bun when he ran his fingers through the strands again. He met Remus’ confused stare. “They were sharing food, Moony! Dessert! Chocolate dessert!” He raised a brow expectantly.
“Ooookay,” Remus said, still confused. He sat back in his chair and observed his obviously perturbed partner.
“AND,” Sirius exclaimed, “Notre belle lionne gave him a gift.” He stopped, placed his hands on the desk, and leaned closer to Remus. “It was a book, Moony. A fucking book! Leatherbound and Slytherin green. I know a first edition when I see one. Our beautiful swot is giving expensive books to other men!” He threw himself on the chair across the desk and covered his face with his hands as the tears that had threatened to fall finally burst forth.
- Loving You’s a Little Different: “Uh- Jake, I think? Met him at one of Niall’s ‘get together’s. He’s alright. Nice face.” Louis pulls out a paperback book and squints at its small print, “Won’t be calling him, though.“ Harry sighs, but it’s wasted. Why wouldn’t random boys with nice faces approach Louis in an empty library? The circles under his eyes are puffy and his hair is ruffled from a stubborn night’s sleep, but he looks gorgeous. Like he isn’t from this planet.Harry’s in love with his roommate. Misunderstandings abound.

- one more for the stars : It’s different, and Louis knows that, because Harry’s got so much riding on this - a career and a future and his whole life. There’s talk of him going first overall in the draft, of entering the NFL after only two years in college, of going to New York or Seattle or Green Bay, and Louis wants to be there for him, wants to support him and help him make decisions, but he also kind of wants to pin him to the bed and cry and scream, What about me what about me what about me? Update (last update on March 25th 2016)
- you drive me wild (you know you do) : Their management informs them that they have an interview right before the ARIAs, and it isn't until he's in a suit, seated on a couch between Liam and Zayn, that he gets the idea. The interviewer, Angus, smiles at them, right before the cameras roll on, and a metaphorical light bulb goes off inside Louis' head. He's perfect. Well, not as perfect as Harry, but enough. He's attractive, attractive enough to drive Harry crazy, and he doesn't even think of the consequences of his actions, just decides right then. It's all Harry's fault anyway. Louis should be allowed to have a little fun.(or: Louis flirts with the Australian interviewers and Harry gets possessive.)

- standing here but you don't see me : "Louis being with a guy is something Harry has always known was a possibility. Ever since Louis told them he was gay, he knew that this would come up at some point. But it was just that. At some point. It’s always been a hypothetical. Harry never thought it would bother him. But now, watching Louis squirm as he watches that other guy, it’s just not a hypothetical anymore. And Harry is very bothered by it."or: Harry's discovery that he like boys as well as girls. One boy in particular catches his eye and he's determined to get him.

Jealous
Just one shot left of this drink, in this glass,
Don't make me break it.
I wish that you were me,
So you could feel this feeling.
I never broke one promise,
And I know when you're not honest,
Now you got me yelling.
That's because I'm jealous.

“Ouch Hannah, watch it.”
Grace rubs the back of her sore head as she feels her leggings and panties being tugged down her thighs. Fingertips burn against her skin as they drag the fabric down her legs hurriedly and Grace forgets about the tingling spot on the back of her head from where it hit the wall harshly. Hot lips sizzle against her inner thigh and she threads her fingers into cropped dark blonde hair, tugging gently.
Her other hand pushes her own hair back, clearing blonde waves away from her rapidly warming face. Grace peers down as Hannah pecks and nips at her thighs, and it’s torture, it’s torture how long she’s taking to get to where Grace needs her. She groans in both frustration and need when Hannah sucks on a patch of skin on her inner right thigh hard enough for it to sting.
“We haven’t got all night, y’know.” Grace huffs out breathlessly, but she whines when Hannah stops kissing and pulls her head back to stare up at Grace, eyebrows rising incredulously.
“Oh, I’m sorry.” Hannah says sarcastically. “Want me to go slower?”
Grace purses her lips and narrows her eyes as Hannah gives her a bright and fake smile.
“Sorry,” Grace mumbles. She flaps a hand awkwardly, gesturing for Hannah to lean in again. “Just… get on with it. Please.”
Hannah smirks up at her and Grace watches as her face disappears from view. She tilts her head back against the toilet cubicle wall and stares up at the fluorescent light above her, and her eyes slip shut when lips touch her wet heat. She sighs and grips her hand tighter in Hannah’s soft hair as lips kiss gently at her throbbing clit. Her hips buck forwards and she moans when Hannah’s chuckle vibrates against the bundle of nerves, sending sparks straight to her core.
Her other hand is still fisted in her own hair, keeping it off her face and shoulders, and she hopes briefly that she doesn’t mess up the style too much. She’s glad she went for messy waves when she got ready earlier. Then suddenly she’s not thinking about her hair anymore because there’s a tongue sliding up her, hot and skilled as it ends with a flick to her clit. Grace grunts and her hips buck again before Hannah’s warm hands reach up to grip at them, holding Grace in place.
Hannah’s tongue dips into her entrance and Grace gasps, eyes shut tight and screwed up against the jolts of pleasure pooling deep inside her. The tongue probes deeper and soon Grace feels it against her walls. She clenches and groans when Hannah picks up a rhythm and pace, moving in and out and curling upwards. Grace drops her other hand to Hannah’s hair now too, curling her fingers into the soft wisps at the base of her neck. Her bare shoulders feel sore, pressed hard against the cubicle’s plastic wall, but she doesn’t care. Hannah is working in and out of her and then a hand leaves her hip.
Grace whines loudly as a fingertip drags up her slit. When it starts to circle her clit, she grunts and her breathing gets heavier. Hannah must be punishing her for her earlier comment because it continues to circle, the movements getting tighter and getting close but then widening again.
“Damn it, Hannah.” Grace pants out, her knees starting to shake with frustration. “Please.”
She worries that her moan is too loud, when Hannah obliges and presses a finger down gently on her clit. She’s not heard anyone one else come into the restroom but her moan of pleasure echoes in her own ears. She clamps her lips shut and muffles her grunts as Hannah rubs her fingers over clit again and again, tongue still stroking firmly against her walls.
She’s close; she can feel the burn inside her build, the pressure becoming almost unbearable. Her lips part and she’s whimpering and she knows that Hannah knows she’s about to cum. They’ve done this enough times now for her to know.
Hannah’s tongue is suddenly gone and Grace is about to yelp in frustration, but then lips are wrapping around her clit and the tip of a tongue flicks hard and then it’s sucked, and stars burst behind Grace’s eyelids. Sparks shoot through her and she tightens her fingers in soft hair. She hears a squeak as she comes down, her muscles relaxing and the muffled sound of the club’s thumping music finally registering in her ears again.
There’s another squeak and Grace realizes that her hand is still pulling at Hannah’s hair.
“Oh shit, sorry Hannah.” Grace lets go quickly, gently patting Hannah’s hair down as the dark blonde glares up at her with shining lips. She wipes the back of her hand across her mouth as she stands up, revealing a clean smirk.
“Feel better now?” Hannah asks smugly, winking at Grace. The blonde rolls her eyes and bends down to pull her panties and leggings back up as Hannah balls up some tissue and wipes her hands. “Less frustrated over that dick’s comments?”
“Yeah, thanks.” Grace nods and smiles genuinely at Hannah, who returns it and gives Grace’s arm a squeeze.
“No problem.” Hannah grins as she unlocks the cubicle door. “That’s the point of this arrangement, isn’t it.”
Grace nods again as she follows Hannah out of the cubicle and into the restroom. She stands in front of the mirror and runs her fingers through her hair, trying to get it to sit a little neater over her shoulders before they head back out into the club to join their friends.
They walk out and the pulsing music hits them hard. It’s dark and lights flash over the dance floor and Hannah looks over her shoulder, jerking her head towards it, but Grace shakes hers. She mimes getting a drink and Hannah nods with a cheery wave goodbye, before disappearing into the throng of dancing bodies.
The tall blonde winds through people and makes her way to the busy bar and thinks. She thinks about the small dark blonde that she was just with, about her skilled fingers and talented tongue, about the way she knew how to make Grace moan and let go of all her tension. She thinks back to when it started, around six months ago, with both of them drunk and wound up and how it couldn’t hurt, surely, to just throw caution to the wind and fuck?
Grace thinks about the morning after, how Grace awkwardly admitted that she wouldn’t mind if they did it again sometime, maybe; for tension releasing purposes, of course. Hannah had grinned and agreed and then their little arrangement had been born. Every so often, maybe once or twice a fortnight, one would call the other after a bad day or a bad review or sometimes simply out of boredom, and they’d get together and have sex. There were no dates, no commitments, no candles lit or rose petals scattered. It was fucking; pure and simple.
And that’s how they liked it. That’s how they wanted it. The complications otherwise would be too great, things could get messy or awkward and their friendship was too good for it to be spoiled by something like a relationship.
Grace was totally okay with all of it. Completely fine.
She finally reaches the front of the bar and is served pretty quickly, much to the annoyance of the people around her who had been waiting longer. She slinks back through the crowds and sips her vodka soda through the straw, feeling the buzz heat her stomach and making her smile. She likes it here. The Tower was one of the best gay clubs in Los Angeles, and a regular spot for their group. She’s sure Tyler and Mamrie are owning the dance floor right now along with Hannah and a few others and so she heads towards it, intent on enjoying her night now that she felt a little more relaxed.
She pushes her way through moving bodies until the music is close and loud enough to get her heart jumping in time with the beat. Her drink is held close to her chest as she slips through gaps in the crowds of dancers and then she spots red hair whipping, courtesy of the vigorous dance moves of Mamrie Hart. She makes her way over and squeezes her best friend’s shoulder. Mamrie turns to look at her and before Grace can shout anything over the music, she’s engulfed in a sweaty hug.
“Hey baby!” Mamrie yells in her ear, “Where’ve you been?”
Grace just grins in response and shrugs, and Mamrie is obviously drunk enough to take it as an answer, because she’s suddenly pulled in front of Mamrie who resumes dancing furiously, much to Grace’s delight.
They dance and Grace finishes her drink at some point, putting it on a nearby high table before launching herself back into the beat, moving to the bass and the rhythm and loosing herself in the pounding music and the feel of her friend’s bodies around her. She feels perfect.
And then she looks over to her left.
Hannah is dancing with some girl with long black hair cascading down pale shoulders. Their fronts are pressed together and they’re grinding, slowly, creating their own rhythm, faces close. With each press of Hannah’s lips to this girl’s slim neck, Grace feels her heart twist painfully. Her mouth goes dry and the muscles in her back tense up.
“Fuck.” Grace mumbles under her breath, looking away. She hates when she feels like this. There’s literally no reason for it; she knows what she and Hannah are. It was her decision in the first place, after all.
Hannah had looked at her, naked form draped in white sheets and soft hair messily falling in front of her eyes, and asked what Grace wanted to do. And Grace had chosen this route, had chosen this arrangement. Let’s stay friends, she’d said. If Grace thought about it hard enough, she remembered the flicker of hesitation in Hannah’s eyes before the grin took over, but she didn’t let herself think about it too hard. It was better this way.
But this girl has turned in Hannah’s arms now, and is pressing herself back against Hannah as Grace looks over again. Hannah’s eyes are sliding shut as her hands grip at the other woman’s hips and the dark haired girl bites her lip.
Grace feels her heart burn red hot.
There’s no denying that alcohol makes Grace more emotional. And right now, she’s furious. Hannah has literally just fucked her, less than an hour ago, and now she’s all over someone else? There’s got to be a rule in the friends with benefits agreement against that, surely? Well, whatever. Grace isn’t going to stand for it. Hannah can’t just start grinding on someone else with Grace standing a mere six feet away.
Dutch courage and anger don’t mix, she knows. But it doesn’t stop her from scooping up an abandoned half full glass from a table along the edge of the dance floor, and then walking over to the gyrating couple and accidentally pouring it down the mystery girl’s back.
She shrieks in surprise and jumps away from Hannah, spinning on her heel to turn and glare at Grace who looks back in faux shock.
“Oh my gosh, I am so sorry.” Grace yells above the music, shaking her head with wide and dramatic eyes. “I am so clumsy. You should probably get to the bar for napkins pronto or that gorgeous white cami vest is going to be ruined.”
The dark haired girl glares at her some more before looking over her shoulder at Hannah, who is fixing Grace with such a fierce frown that she doesn’t even look back at the girl. Grace’s shoulder is hit hard as the girl storms off, and then it’s just them, staring at each other, getting jostled by the still moving dancers around them.
They say nothing for a moment, and Grace smirks cockily before quirking one eyebrow. She turns and goes to head back to Mamrie and the others, but feels fingers wrap tightly around her elbow and then she’s being dragged away, off the dance floor and through the crowds to the exit.
“Let go!” Grace grunts as she tries to tug her arm free, but Hannah’s grip is vice like. The dark blonde is staring straight ahead but Grace knows that Hannah must be fuming, and her stomach twists nervously.
Hannah shoves the doors open and cold air hits Grace, sending her blonde waves fluttering back and away from her shoulders and a chill up her bare arms. She’s pushed roughly to the side and she almost trips into the wall before fixing Hannah with an angry glare.
“Hannah, ouch!”
Grace is rubbing at her sore elbow as Hannah paces up and down in front of her, clearly seething. She stops abruptly and turns to face Grace, shaking her head.
“What is wrong with you Grace?”
Grace purses her lips as Hannah snaps at her. Her minds whirs into action as she tries to come up with a casual response, one that’ll get her out of this mess that she’s already regretting, but it doesn’t come. Dutch courage still flows through her and it combines with the jealousy now, and she practically snarls back at Hannah.
“Me? How about you! Dancing with some girl an hour after eating me out in the very same club? That’s disgusting Hannah. She’d probably be able to smell me on you.”
Hannah crinkles her nose and leans back from Grace, confusion and anger marring her features. Grace purses her lips again and folds her arms, looking away from Hannah. She doesn’t usually talk like this, but she can’t help it. Conflicting emotions rage inside her as Hannah takes a deep breath in, obviously trying to steady herself.
“I’m gonna disregard what you just said, because the Grace I know would never say something like that.” Hannah says quietly, stepping closer to Grace again with her brow furrowed. “And the Grace I know would never purposefully pour a drink on a total stranger, either.”
Grace scoffs and sneers back at Hannah.
“Well you obviously don’t know me very well then.”
She doesn’t know where these spiteful words are coming from, but they’re churning her stomach as they leave her lips and she hates them. She tries to clamp her teeth shut, to stop her saying anymore, because the look of hurt that flashes across Hannah’s face isn’t what she wants at all.
“Okay. You’re upset.” Hannah nods and stares down at her shoes for a moment. “Tell me why.”
Blue eyes fix on brown and Grace wants to be honest, but she doesn’t know how. She really doesn’t. Her thoughts and feelings won’t settle and she can’t even understand them herself. Why was she so angry? Why was she so jealous? They had something great going on here; it worked perfectly for both of them. So yeah, maybe some mornings Grace does just want to cling onto Hannah for an hour or so longer and kiss her forehead, maybe some times she does want to take Hannah out for dinner and play footsy with her under the table, and maybe some nights she does just want to convince Hannah to stay with her and to hold her.
Grace shakes her head to clear it.
“Nothing.” Grace mumbles. “It’s just unfair on that girl, that’s all.”
Hannah purses her lips and her frown fades. Grace hates that the younger woman almost looks concerned now and she averts her eyes away from her, staring at her flats against the dirty sidewalk.
“Unfair on that girl, huh?” Hannah replies calmly.
Grace clenches her jaw and doesn’t look up.
There’s a heavy sigh and she sees Hannah dig her hands deep into her jeans pockets.
“Grace, this was your idea.” Hannah says quietly. “You wanted this. At the very start of this whole… whatever, arrangement, you were the one who wanted it to be just that. A deal, a means of release, a little secret addition to our friendship. This is what you wanted.”
Grace does look up now, steeling her expression into a neutral mask as she watches Hannah’s muscles twitch in her jaw, trying to find the next right words. Hannah’s lips part and she’s about to say something, but she stops herself and clenches her lips shut, leaving them in silence once more.
Cabs hurtle past and the sounds of drunken voices and mingled thumping music from various bars carry on the breeze towards them. Grace is cold and she holds off a shiver; she doesn’t want Hannah to think it’s because of her. Because it’s not.
Hannah looks almost defeated and Grace folds her arms tighter across her chest, defensively.
“This is what I want.” She says steadily, cool gaze still fixed in place as Hannah studies her. “I didn’t mean to spill that drink. You can fuck whoever you want Hannah, I don’t care.”
Hannah stares at her hard, eyes narrowed gently as she searches Grace’s eyes for something. The dark blonde bites her lip and takes another deep breath in.
“I’m gonna ask you something now that you’re obviously currently incapable of asking yourself, for whatever reason, because I am so tired of this game playing shit.” Hannah murmurs quietly, stepping closer still into their own personal bubble of space. “Grace. Do you want more? Do you… do you want me?”
It’s silent again and Grace feels her heart pound painfully in her chest as sea blue eyes stare deep into hers. They look almost hopeful. Grace realizes she’s holding her breath.
“Do you want all of me, Grace?”
Her chest hurts from the lack of breathing but she can’t take a breath. Hannah is giving her a chance, giving her an opportunity to admit that yes, she does. She doesn’t want some other women draping themselves over Hannah, writhing underneath Hannah, making coffee in the morning for Hannah. She doesn’t want other women putting a smile on Hannah’s face or holding her hand in public or making her laugh. Grace wants that, she wants to do all that.
Hannah is biting her lip again.
It’s all way too much.
Can you get claustrophobic when you’re standing in an open street? Surrounded by escape routes and getaways? Can you get claustrophobic simply from having someone standing close to you who makes you feel so much you want to tear off and climb out of your own skin? Grace thinks you can.
It’s all way too much.
“No.”
Hannah’s lips purse at Grace’s response. Blue eyes fall for a moment, gazing unseeing at the ground before they lift up again.
Grace scowls at the gentle pity she sees in them.
“Okay.” Hannah says calmly. “See you later then, Grace.”
The blonde watches as Hannah walks away from her and back into the club, shoulders set and back straight. And then she’s gone and it’s just Grace, alone on the sidewalk.
The breeze rolls against her arms and the goose bumps are back. She clamps her purse tighter to her, tucked against her ribs, as her hair flutters in the gentle wind leaving her shoulders bare and cold. A couple of guys stumble past her, laughing, and a cab blares somewhere in the distance. With her back leaning against the wall, she can feel the soft vibrate of the thumping bass from inside the club against her skin, and Hannah’s in there now, maybe dancing with someone else.
Someone who’s brave enough to say yes when Hannah asks if they want to be with her.
Grace pushes herself off the wall and starts the long walk home.

That ain't nothing.
I'm just jealous,
I'm just human,
Don't judge me.
