Me, Her and the Moon - Jean Marlow
Before the Truth Booth convenes, two lucky couples celebrate the ease of certainty.
Chance and Jean enjoy their first morning in their private bungalow quietly, with coffee and the sound of the waves lapping against the pylons. No screaming or arguing to be heard. Jean looks, dare I say, happy?
Meanwhile at the house, Trent is having a slightly meltdown.
“Relax nerd boy. You’ll be seeing a lot more of this. Get used to it,” Ada says with a wink.
Chance and Jean sleep in as late as they can, in the large master bedroom. After the match-up, they’ll move to their own private cabana and not have to put up with the shenanigans in the rest of the house.
The next morning, the some of the group gathers for breakfast as well as strategizing for the match up ceremony that night.
-Whoa! I thought you two hated each other?-
“Move along. Nothing to see here.”
Caleb is meanwhile rethinking his lady luring skills. A soulful piano man is sure to score! Right?
Jean receives a kiss from Bronson while Derek is back at Natalie’s booth, again.
In a short time, there are only 6 couples left on the dance floor.
Jean decides she doesn't want to win with Caleb and forfeits. It’s much more fun to try to sabotage the other couples.
“Eli, what’s she doing?”
“Cass, just keep dancing.”
Tennessee whispers something seductive in Ada’s ear and the two head off the dance floor in search of other sweaty activities.
