So just incase you aren't a sports fan, the NBA finals is happening now so...

Conceptually, this "series" is over.  In fact if OKC wins at all it is only so that Miami wins at home. 

Hokay so here's why Miami is so successful this season.  Remember Phil Jackson? Triangle Offense innovator? No, well how about the three rings he won before he retired?  What about Kobe and his "I'm a Laker" pose? Who are you?  Anyway, this system works.  You need proof?  Oh my...Lakers, Celtics, Timberwolves, Magic, Heat, and Bulls all utilize a varient on this system.  You know what, just go watch a Miami game jeebus.

The reason teams like Indiana, and Boston couldn't "eliminate" Miami was because they are full teams.  They utilize a variant that uses all five players on the court at the same time.  Rebounding, defense, shot selection.  All characteristics of a Full team offense.  Speed, fast break, strategy, wearing down, challenging,  are all characteristics of of a triangular offensive system.  The reason it works however, is that it fills in the inconsistencies and hardships that a full team has.  A full team can't keep up with the speed and eventually wears them down. The triangle offense challenges a full team offense to get better as well.

The other part of the issue is LBJ himself.  Just on pure logic alone he will get a ring.  How many is undeterminable.  It's not stats, or psychology.  There is no way that probability or will can justify.  Just based on the principle of participation it is just inconceivable that Jebron will exit his career without a ring.  Why? Because he gets to the finals.  He will be there many many times.  No doubt in my mind that there will be at least one time that he goes away with one.  Look at it this way.  He so far has had three attempts and is 0-2 so far.  Remember how easily this guy can get into the finals on skill alone.  No matter what team he plays for he will get back to the finals inevitably so he can constantly accumulate attempts.  Eventually he could hypothetically accrue 15 attempts and he can go 0-14 the first 14 attempts, but his 15th will likely be a success.  Think about it.  No team, no player, no coach has the ability to deny this guy that many times.  That is an absolute certainty.  I mean, the Texans made the playoffs for the first time this year didn't they?  

So before you hate on Jebron keep in mind he will win eventually.  No matter how many attempts it takes, he will win.  Reason dictates, not probability.  At least in this case.

Larry Bird and JeBron Lames have a point

Larry Bird recently spoke out about the play of the Pacers in game 5.  He also just won the Executive of Year award, not sure how it worked out but who cares...

JeBron on the other hand spoke out about the playing style of Pacers in accordance to their quote unquote physical play.

The issue here is that because of these two (and what happened during and after game 5), people aren't going to hate either of them or the Heat, but the Pacers.  Remember the Battle Royale at the Palace of Auburn Hills? Magnify that times about infinity.  Then add in Ohio State Fans.  Wow buddy, is correct.  I'm as shocked as you are.  It went from "I'm going to join in on the Pacers bandwagon!" to "Holy Moly, thank goodness I didn't!" in just about the same moment.

Really?!?! Why the Pacers, thought guys?  They have done nothing but try to get back to being the power house that they should be.
