https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/30103486/ Jack Kruse comments: His results of the Hadza in at the equator show the sun and not food antibiotics or America Soda pop with HFCS changed their microbiome. For those who do not know, the sunlight never varies much on the equator and Jeff found that neither do the Hadza gut microbiome no matter what his team gave them to eat. He presented these facts in Vermont in 2018 and the audience had no idea how big a deal his data was for humans. Dr. Jeff is known as Dr. Poop among the Hadza because he examines their feces daily while they live in an equatorial area. He has already found no matter what he fed them in their environment it had no effect on their microbiome because the sun never varies on the equator. He is about the only researcher I know of that has the chance to teach the food gurus how the sun CREATES the microbiome in humans. Light sculpts the microbiome. His next study is to bring the Hadza to Texas and see how their microbiome responds to the solar change. Dr Jeff Leech Vermont 2018
