Sonic The Hedgehog (2020) - 8.5/10 - Sonic, a hedgehog with super speed, is living on Earth and embracing his new home. In an minor incident Sonic, knocks down the powergrid and sparks the attention of Dr. Robonik. The battle turns out to be a supersonic race in which Sonic cannot let Dr. Robonik catch and use him for his experiments. I have watched several films based on video games, and they were fatally bad, this one l, was different. It felt more original. I did enjoy it and wasn't quite bored. Thank God they fixed Sonic's CGI to make him look a lot more like in the video games. The comedy and the adventure are there. Action sequences wasn't that surprising but I mean, you get to enjoy supersonic speed stuff. Just came back from @amctheatres and saw #SonicTheHedgehog. THAT WAS AN AWESOME FILM. So glad the the delay and the fix up was well worth it!!
