i love headcanon solidarity but please dont bring up ‘ multiple timelines ‘ as a way to say that like . john and june can coexist . timelines are about choice , they arent totally different universes . you can draw john and june and joan and all interacting , love to see it , but they cannot canonically coexist

june is not a sillygirl and this is so important . she absolutely acts like one and i do not judge the fandom for giving her sillygirl status in some memes ( i do sometimes ! ) but she is not . i think this is very interesting in the early acts when she bounces off of rose because it plays into their straightman funnyman dynamic . because at a glance june is the funnyman and rose is the straightman but if you actually look at some of their convos its usually the other way around ! this one comes to mind as the most obvious :

like idk it definitely isnt Abundant but i think these early convos are absolutely critical to read for this reason . i better not see ur asses skipping act one . the early acts are the seeds the rest of the comic is planted in !! it isnt all nonsense until act 4 or so ! rose is silly !! june is just kind of a nerd !!!
