As the FC for Jehoash, a descent of David and Solomon who reigned as king after his grandmother (Athaliah) usurped the throne and killed the royal family except for him since he was spirited away by his aunt: Jehosheba, and raised elsewhere by Jehosheba and her husband Jehoiada who was a priest.
Jehoash is actually a descendant of the House of David and the House of Omri (which ruled Israel after Rehoboam (Solomon’s son) had lost it.
