Not a ship but i think the song “AaAaAaAAaAaAAa” by Nashimoto Ui has a referance to Judas’s betrayals of Jesus.
The lyric “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow and it's killing me” sounds really similar to Matthew 26:39 “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me." Jesus says this too some of his disciples in the garden, before Judas’s betrayal

Tried looking up the actual bible in japanese and I didn't find this passage but I'll take your word for it.
Speaking of, I've never heard this song before.... Maybe I should!
Also I've never actually read the actual bible. As like, a book.
