Debuting at TCAF 2017 - Crutch Vol. 1 by jelajade
Crutch is a slice of life that follows the daily happenings of Teresa and Ted, two high school students who are faced with the difficulties of life in the modern-day world. Teresa is a wizkid, amazing at the academic elements of high school, but rather uneducated in the areas of physical fitness. Ted is an up and coming name in the track community and a natural born runner, but his physical prowess is contrasted sharply by his poor grades. The unlikely duo have agreed to a deal in which Teresa tutors Ted in the academics and Ted coaches Teresa in running.

Debuting at TCAF 2017 - Confessions of a Third Year Animation Student by jelajade
A collection of silly little strip comics done during my third year at college studying animation. This year I worked on a group film with my peers, loathed my responsibilities as Animation Student Council President, and almost dropped out.
Price in CAD: $5 Size/Specs: 5.5 x 7", 32 pages, saddle stitch, B&W interior
wanderlasts asked you: i q r idk i picked random letters
did you really
I: If you liked someone with a terminal illness, would you still date them knowing they might not live much longer? uhhh I really don't know, I guess it depends on what they want??? because yeah it would be important to spend time together and stuff, better to have loved and lost and all that, but as someone who sometimes doesn't understand dating I think we could (potentially) be just as happy as friends so idk ...this question makes me think of that mayday parade song and certain otp stuff thanks
Q: Do you prefer peace and quiet, or loud chaos? I can't survive in places that aren't peace and quiet loud chaos will make me punch someone in the face
R: Religion, what is yours? Do you believe in a god? my religion is like... non-denominational christian slash agnostic?? basically I kind of believe in a god but I don't think it's possible to prove it, and I don't adhere to any particular religious views (other than "there's got to be something more than this"), so very loosely christian I guess
jelajade asked you: L D P!
L: Have you ever told a big lie, one that you felt bad for? Did you ever come clean? hmm... not that I can think of? I've certainly lied about things before but I can't remember any time it became a Big Deal
P: Politics, what are your thoughts on them? I generally really don't like politics but I don't think it's good to be politically ignorant so I have to get involved with them anyway sigh I'm pretty liberal on just about everything; I can't say much for economics because that still baffles me but I'm adamant about equal rights and social issues, so I guess that defines most of my political philosophy. suddenly I have the urge to quote South Pacific
D: Everyone has a few demons, what's your worst one? this is hard because I'm not sure in what sense, exactly, to define demons, but I would say... I can give myself a hundred reasons that I shouldn't care about what other people think of me, but I can't help but be really afraid of people disliking me and I'm consequently really insecure about everything. that and I have a propensity to set my expectations for myself too high and then get really disappointed in myself when I can't meet them, and then dwell on my mistakes and failures all the time. I'd sum that up as "low self-esteem" but it's a fluctuating thing; occasionally I'm proud of myself but sometimes I loathe myself, so it kind of just depends.
trivialtrickster asked you: a l o and r okay R WAS THE JOKE AND I WROTE THIS OUT THREE TIMES IM NOT DOING IT AGAIN...
you're the joke >:[
A: Who was the last person to piss you off? What did they do? probably myself lol (see D) except for getting mad about equal rights stuff and Things On The Internet it's generally really hard to piss me off
O: Are you open minded, or do you judge people and things before you give them a chance? I'm sure I sometimes make snap judgements, everyone does, but I try not to... I'd like to think I'm pretty open-minded. I think people in general are too judgemental, particularly about unimportant things (ex: taste in music), and I don't want to be one of those people who gets mad at everyone with a different opinion than me because that's dumb and a waste of energy.
due to tumblr's crappy messaging system YOU ARE TOO LATE FOR L AND R BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME
On a different note Hammer Horror teammates I just want you all to know I have read the backlog on Sunday's Skype meeting so I'm pretty sure I'm up to speed for the goings-on therein?? ye
well then happy happy birthday to you!! :D I think you deserve some fun time!
Aha, perhaps you're right! (this must be a birthday thing, yes) Thank you, Jade :D
