The fact everyone is coming to realize Jellopocalypse is actually kind of a jerk after the whole One Piece fiasco should've came to it sooner when he made that video when he called a 13 year old girl the devil, and when he called a 15 year old girl the devil, and when he called a 15 year old girl the devil (again), and when he called

Alright so, I have a crackpot fan theory for Jellopocalypse’s Dogs In Love 2. Spoilers below.

So you know Chobin, he’s got an undefined past. By his own admission he is either a super hunky football player (doubt it) or a Gulpin that was transformed by the unhealthy sandals. But we’ve seen other scientist models in the game and they don’t look too different from the guy... relatively. So my theory is that he was once a much more normal looking scientist that got experimented on by Doctor Kaminko.

But despite his sketchy history, we do know that he has a VERY contagious form of the First Person Disease. We also know that when the pokemon get infected by it, it seems to cure itself quickly. Whether that’s because everyone is saying their names, Jolteon weirdness, or if his strain just wears off easily, I’m not sure. But we do know several other people who have it. Most notably are Jovi and the small family that can only say Jovi’s name for unknown reasons.

So here’s my theory, the unofficial timeline of Chobin!

1) Chobin, a reasonably accomplished scientist, successfully works with the main lab to create a robot that can produce completely (or mostly completely) organic offspring. Using the money from this venture he starts his own family with a writer in Oree’s main port city.

2) The First Person Disease spreads throughout Oree and affects Chobin and his family. The Jovi family either goes mad trying to protect Jovi by saying her name and failing, or they get infected with a particularly nasty strain and are stuck saying her name.

3) Chobin teams up with Doctor Kaminko to try and solve this problem but accidentally winds up walking in on him “plucking his Oddish” and is made to wear the Unhealthy Sandals, mutating into his current form. Exit is blamed for this somehow???

4) Chobin’s mind warps and he develops a persona, or is programmed to be, 100% supportive of the doctor and test all his evil (or just weird) experiments.

5) A brief encounter with Wound via radio allows Chobin to develop a small amount of free will which he uses to continue working on Robo Groudon even when the doctor denounces the project.

6) Post-game Chobin leaves to further develop his battling as well as his own personality. It is unknown at this time if he ever recovers enough to see his family again or tell Exit the truth about his father.

We got about 61-62 hours to reach the ultimate goal! We just need $121,570 to get to $450k! I know we can do it! Right now we are at $328,430!
