Jelsa: The Queen's Guardian AU
As the war continued over two mighty kingdoms, Arendelle was never backing down. With her mighty soldiers and capable rulers, they managed to keep up their fight against the Southern Isles. But all went down when the queen was injured. With her powers out of the field, her soldiers barely made it through. Fortunately, one soldier stood his ground with courage in his heart to avenge his fallen matriarch without even thinking the risk set upon his life.
"For the queen." General Jackson said as he stood with the rest of the soldiers.
"FOR THE QUEEN!" Chanted the others.
And then they charged towards battle.
It was one brutal fight but they were able to surpass and outnumber the latter and it all came to an end when Jackson raised his sword in victory.
As enlightening it may seem, the general hid the ache in his heart. For his queen was in an unpleasant state. He returned to Arendelle and entered the palace without caring to change nor have himself checked in the infirmary for he had one thing on his mind...
He rummages through the halls passing through the busy servants catering the injured until he reached the familiar door down the hallway.
Before even reaching the knob he was greeted with an all familiar smile.
Elsa: "Jackson." She said though she was catching her breath.
Jack: "Your majesty, I'm glad to see that you're better now." He said as he returned a smile but regreted to utter the word 'better'.
Elsa: "I have better days." she replies "But I'm glad to see you in the same state." She says jokingly as she surveys Jack's uniform. "Dashing as ever."
Jack: "Dashing rapscallion, I correct." He winks at her as he approaches.
Elsa: She looks up to see his eyes but landed on his lips instead. "I'm glad you're okay." She says leaning closer trying to give initiation.
Jack: He leaned down as his face came closer to hers. "I'm home now."
Elsa: "Finally home." she said moving closer.
Jack: "Whoopsie daisy!" He says as he carries the queen back in her quarters. "You need a lot of rest. Don't strain yourself and never worry about me."
He says as he lays her down on the matress leaving the queen in a frown.
