Unfortunately most of modern nutrition is a lie the various food megacorps use to drive profits. For tens of thousands of years, humans have lived off of a pretty consistent diet of:
-Bread (or grains)
-Fruits/Vegetables
-a bit of cheese
-a bit of meat
-alcohol
That’s it!
