At this point the brothers are determined to figure out what’s going on, they start investigating the doctors, Dr. grey, Dr. stevens, Dr. yang, Dr. shepherd….. and many more. They notice the doctors tend to go missing a lot, especially during important moments. They notice that many doors in the hospital will be mysteriously locked at the same time 2 doctors are missing. And strangest of all, insane accidents keep happening that end with someone dying.
They think, maybe the hospital is haunted. They make a plan to hide out in one of the rooms that always seems to be locked. Eventually 2 of the doctors come in and….

Turns out this doesn’t have anything supernatural going on. The doctors just suck. They finally decide to jump in the impala and drive as far away from Seattle Grace as they can.
