possibly the strangest character i’m attached to is jenny-lynne cadwalader, better known as jenny “lines,” who is presented solely as a kind of dumb appearance-obsessed drug addict who wants to be an actress. her director? producer? manager? is much older than her and values her almost only for her body. jenny-lynne cadwalader is possessed by an alien which steals her life from her in her twenties. this alien drowns her at the bottom of a pool the moment she sees a more desirable human (read: not “a bimbo”). this next human also dismisses and disregards jenny as “a bimbo”. jenny grew up in “podunk” arkansas and her life goal was to get out and get famous. the first time jenny appears she offers to help two strangers and those strangers use that to steal her life and, after years, murder her
