today was such an incredible day that i am writing this so that in the future jer and i can reflect. 

we got to spend an entire thursday together. i had off and he needed extra sleep due to not feeling well. we spent our morning off with dunkin, of course, and we headed out to our favorite place - college park. and today we wanted to do something new and fresh, and literally we spent hours walking around on trails through the woods and beside a huge beautiful lake just talking about life and each other and dreams - there was never a moment of silence (and for me that is amazing because i am one for creating awkward silences). it was just the two of us, sharing ourselves with the other wholeheartedly, and we ended our glorious day in an authentic japanese restaurant (we are trying to make this kind of thing a habit - that is, the authentic japanese food thing) eating sushi, and practicing our chopstick eating skills rofl! and today we tried red bean mochi because it’s been said to be incredibly delicious and we’d never had it before so we felt like we’d go out on a limb even though we had no idea what to expect - and literally jer and i after simply putting it in our mouth couldn’t help but just stare at each other in almost tears with how delicious it actually is. so that was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made haha! today was the absolute best and i am so grateful for it. i am so grateful for him ♥
