“How was your break?” Callum asked as he and Jerome walked down the sidewalk toward a small cafe they’d agreed on earlier. It wasn’t really necessary, but since Cal and the rest of Gallagher’s students had arrived in Berlin on his birthday and hadn’t really celebrated, he was going to lunch with his friend to make for the lack of commemoration. “I saw your Instagram. It looked like you had a lot of fun with your family.” Cal didn’t know what it was like to have fun with your parents, but he had had fun with Raina and her moms, so he had an idea now. // @jrzimmerman​

“Hey,” Cal said, coming to sit down next to Jerome in the computer lab, offering his friend a smile as he put his bag down on the floor in between their chairs. “If I asked you a favor, would you be willing to help me?” he asked, raising an eyebrow. “it’s not, like, hiding a body. Callum: Well, I found out she hates scary movies, so I assume she hates ghost houses.

“So I got this new poster,” Cal said, moving to pull it out of his backpack and show Jerome the picture that was underneath the plastic, showing what the rolled up product was supposed to look like. “It looks like the original Star Wars movie poster. I don’t know where I’m going to hang it in the room because I don’t know if Asher, Fiona or Gabriella even like Star Wars but,” he shrugged. “I thought it was cool.” // @jrzimmerman​
