Tishman Speyer (ST OWNER LP) admits giving up ownership of Stuyvesant Town...yet continues to commit fraud on the NYC Housing Court by still filing eviction lawsuits as 'owner' of the property

Tishman Speyer admits to giving up ownership of Stuyvesant Town in a January 25, 2010 statement and enters into an agreement with its Senior Lenders (CWCapital Asset Management, Bank of America, etc.)(“CWCapital Asset Lenders”) to have Tishman Speyer /ST OWNER LP willfully default in the subsequent foreclosure action in order to prevent a public record and to conceal from the public (and the Court) the fraudulent scheme (i.e., racketeering scheme) entered into between Tishman Speyer and the CWCapital Asset Lenders to violate state and federal law with the goal to aggressively illegally evict rent-stabilized tenants and illegally convert the apartments to market rate. Notwithstanding the prior to January 2010 agreement between Tishman Speyer/ST OWNER LP and the CWCapital Asset Lenders that relieved Tishman Speyer/ST OWNER LP of ALL RIGHTS in and to the property, Tishman Speyer/ST OWNER LP continued its arrogant defiance of state and federal law even after the Federal Court issued a June 22, 2010 JUDGMENT of FORECLOSURE ‘forever barring’ Tishman Speyer/ST OWNER LP from asserting rights — past, present, and/or future - in and to the property (i.e., Stuyvesant Town), by continuing to bring fraudulent Housing Court cases against rent stabilized tenants in Stuyvesant Town:

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: 

How was it that Tishman Speyer/ST OWNER LP and its law firm Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel, P.C., were able to evict tenants for all these years without the Housing Court catching on to the Tishman Speyer/Borah Goldstein/CWCapital Asset Lenders’ scheme to de-stabilize rent stabilized apartments in Stuyvesant Town?

Maybe because the Housing Court does not afford victimized tenants the opportunity for basic American legal system due process through discovery (i.e., maybe requiring Tishman Speyer/Borah Goldstein to actually testify in cases, to actually maybe be required to participate in discovery) where evidence of this racketeering scheme would have been disclosed far sooner than after years of Tishman Speyer/Borah Goldstein/Rose Associates’ taking of victim’s property illegally.  OR, maybe it’s the fact that Tishman Speyer’s co-conspirator in the racketeering scheme, law firm/debt collectors Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel have been appointed to the Housing Court Advisory Council which selects new housing court judges?
