I use Audacity (free!). GarageBand is also popular. Might be more advice at podfic-tips.livejournal.com (check the tags). Hope this helps...

it wouldn't be weird and i bet people would enjoy it but I think it would have a better release during December because everyone is in the christmas mood:)
Haha, I know plenty of people who are just never in the christmas mood so it's hard for me to judge.
I just know if I sit on this too long I will end up just hating it and never posting it, so I'm thinking I'll post it whenever it's actually done, and then reblog/re-share it in December.

Re: tag: Bit like Neapolitan. The strawberry and the chocolate, they have their own thing going on ... but the vanilla can happily coexist in the same carton. (Me, I like to think of myself as vanilla with sprinkles.)
