I've been learning a new art program! Features my dog, Leshi, my oc, Jesse, and also a squirrel who is a knight.

here's some ocs as animal crossings

ashdale: ferret. either cranky or lazy (i'm not sure if him being grumpy or him being weird with wildlife is more appropriate) personality, catchphrase is "hmm". house is similar to lucky's and has gravestones in it.

autumn: vulture. sisterly personality, catchphrase is "dig it", house is unkept and grungy with a dirt floor and possibly some musical instruments strewn about.

jesse: deer. normal personality, catchphrase is "dearling", house looks like a greenhouse with some tea paraphernalia and sculptures throughout.

so, like, in his canon jesse’s hundreds of something years old. but like, in real life, when i made him, he’s 22 (possibly 23) years old? this oc has been around long enough that he can drive. he could drink! couldn’t rent a car yet though.

anyway, little late for art fight, but some updated refs of his favorite outfits.

Jesse Nephilaim is a demon possessing a spirit-filled human body (the other spirits/demons being dormant and him being the 'awake' one). Despite the human nature of his vessel, his own being has influenced it to have special abilities; the most prominent of these being immortality and regeneration.

He's been around for awhile (though perhaps not as long as you might think, given his nature) and has had a long history of figuring out who he is and what it means to not be human while participating in human society. Currently, he lives in an isolated manor house that he gets extremely anxious leaving. He likes gardening, swimming, bicycle riding, and works as a librarian (and occasional consultant for paranormal investigators).

He's either a very outgoing introvert or a very shy extrovert--or, more likely, something between those.
