Hey! I've just recently gotten into this whole urban magic AU, which is AWESOME! But : there is sooooo much in it (not a bad thing either!) Is there some kind of handbook/guide for the comfuddle people's like meh? Like, I know Smith is a kelpie and stuff, but I'm less familiar with other characters? Also, love your blog, it's amazing!!

So here’s the tag page, where you can find tags for characters and courts as well as see the tags used for content warnings. That’s generally where we recommend starting. There’s also an FAQ page.
We’ve long hesitated to make any sort of masterpost about the characters because while often people run with the same idea, say Smith being a kelpie, we’d like to leave the door open for other interpretations of the character. (The kelpie thing is far more popular than anyone expected.) Even once agreeing on what sort of magical being a character is, everyone’s got a different idea about their back story, their history, their motivations, etc. We love to see the creativity of the fandom at work!
Maybe we should make some kind of masterpost though? We shall see what we can come up with.
