March, sh awareness month
This will be one of my most vulnerable posts, but i know the struggle of sh if physical or just thoughts.
my scars are healed i’ve been clean since 2 years but i won’t deny that there has been moments i was near a relapse.
I’m proud of everyone because i know the struggle and know my account is a safe haven.
i do not really know how to end this but know you are loved and cared for even if it doesn’t feel like it and keep something that keeps you going close this can help cuz Trollex did the same for me.
