“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” Heb13:8 When we think about how things change in our lives and when we say we’re going to do one thing and do another, it reflects on the difference between us and Jesus Christ. When He says that He’s going to do something, He gets it done; when He promises something, it comes true. It’s not like us, because often times we will say one thing and do absolutely the opposite; will promise one thing, and never follow through with it; promise, promise, promise. New Year’s resolutions, plans made, promises not kept. But Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. In the Bible His promises are listed, all those promises are kept. When we ask Jesus for healing, those promises are kept, our prayers are answered, because the promise of healing is in His Word.
