Both are new teachers working for a big rival school for banlands high, Roblox Highschool. (This is just my translation of my general roblox lore into the context of banland's high.)

XzyW - Mrs. Pal. ☆

A strict, assertive calculus teacher, and also a women's sport coach, mainly coaching softball in the fall, basketball in the winter and track and field in the spring. Despite being strict, many of her students appreciate her harsh, collage-prep style of teaching in retrospect, as a lot of her ways in teaching how to study has lead to a better time in collage.

Jez - Mr. Pal. ★

A Socratic English teacher, and the secondary advisor of multiple creative clubs. Jez's way of teaching often put his students in the thinking role, guiding his students to their own conclusions on varying topics (propaganda, war, social norms and division, racism and politics etc) many of his students find his class as a safe space to share opinions and ideas.

Perhaps in the future they'll take up a job at banlands high. Although it is a slim change. Given the fact that XyzW's and 1x1x1x1's relationship is... very rocky even if they are father and daughter. (Drama ohhgg 👀👀)
