This is my right shoulder after a year of training. I tore my rotator cuff when I was younger: inner, and outer tears. I couldn’t do a dip, any flys or overhead exercises when I started, ofc with some time and a little bit of manageable pain I have made some results including muscle endurance. I still have much more progress to make but I’ve landed some definition. I’m posting this so you know it’s possible just keep at it and results will happen.
