I know that anons trying to imply Courtney is worse off in her new job but I think the opposite, she’s not being forced on when she’s injured, her new bosses are much more organised, when she is on she’s performing the bigger audiences, the shows she’s in now is more well known and has won most major musical theatre awards and therefore boosts her resume so I think she’s better off and definitely made the right decision by choosing this job and not just staying in the same job because it’s safer
