I was wondering if anyone out there could offer me advice or can relate to this. Lately my hands haven’t been working very well. They are closed shut in this position and when moved they just close back. It’s like they are numb and a bit flimsy also stiff. It’s hard to explain but that’s why I put a gif. Anyone know what this could mean or has it happened to you? Please help and let me know thanks.

I was wondering if anyone out there experienced something with their hands like this? Lately I haven’t been able to use them well. (I have multiple disabilities). They are like closed shut and when opened they just go back to this position! Does anyone know what this could mean? If anybody has had this happen or could offer advice I’d appreciate it so much. Thank you.
