After texting Jonah to come get her, Frankie quickly gathered her things. She had a surprise for her boyfriend, but she didn’t want him to know anything about it until they arrived at the location. After what felt like forever had passed, she received a text that he was outside and smiled to herself. Pulling her parka onto her frame, she exited the house, taking in a sharp breath at the cold air. Her steps to Jonah’s car were quick and she sighed in relief once she reached the warmth. “Okay, so I need you to take me somewhere,” she began, looking over at him with a grin. “Before the record store, I mean.” And with that, she pulled up the address on her phone, letting him see the directions.
