Real Compassion vs. Real Responsibility.
So, a school building collapsed in Jhalawar. A horrible, heartbreaking tragedy.
Rajasthan Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore responded. He made two points:
"Real compassion is where immediate action is taken. Schools should be strengthened." ← This. 100% this. Action over words. Always.
"But hey, the previous government spent ₹1 lakh on repairs and it still fell!" ← …And here comes the blame game.
Using a tragedy for political point-scoring isn't "real compassion." It's deflection.
The real questions aren't about who spent what years ago. The real questions are:
Was that ₹1 lakh even enough? Or just a band-aid on a broken structure?
What has the current government done to check all the other schools that might be just as unsafe?
Who is accountable for the actual repair work? Was it done properly?
We don't need a debate about which political party is worse.
We need a system where kids don't have to worry about their school falling on them.
Demand an actual investigation. Demand real answers. Not just blame.
