In today’s chapter, we learned that Jiang Yi and Zhan Zheng Xi might or may not know about Mo Guan Shan’s situation through He Tian. He Tian couldn’t possibly told them the whole thing when in the previous chapter, Mo Guan Shan asked him to trust him. Both of them are hush hush about it.
Jiang Yi asked Zhan Zheng Xi to meet him because they are going to the temple to ask for an amulet. Showing once again, Jiang Yi’s sweet side for his friends.
Not only that, we also got this.
Sorry to burst your bubbles but this is not Zhan Zheng Xi been posessive over Jiang Yi. This is him making sure that the girl didn’t hurt herself because of Jiang Yi’s clumsiness. He was making sure that both of them are not injured.
Also, why is no one talking about this?
Jiang Yi claims himself as been okay with Zhan Zheng Xi having a girl’s number. Do you know what that means? He trust Zhan Zheng Xi. And that is a huge development in his character and their relationship because in the early chapters, he was shown to be troubled with anyone interested with Zhan Zheng Xi and has been not very subtle with his dislike over it.
He’s very comfortable in his current relationship with Zhan Zheng Xi. And I think more people should pay attention to this small detail.

Summary (without spoilers): Jiang Yi is an idol, and as much as his fans love him, he seems quite cold and distant, and leads a rather unhappy and uneventful life with his band members, one of which he despises. Yu Sheng Sheng is an entertainment reporter who is not very successful in her job, despite her parents supporting her in every way they can. Those two are in an elevator accident, in which they suddenly switch bodies. In the following time they both have to live the other person’s life without causing too much trouble, with everything that entails (in Jiang Yi’s case that means having a period, Sheng Sheng needs to deal with the fact that she now lives with the band member she adores and idolizes). Their ultimate goal is to find a way to switch back, but after a while they realise it’s not that bad having the other person around.

Opinion: I stumbled upon this gem as one does (I saw a gif) and didn’t expect much, but the show is surprisingly adorable. Both actors are incredibly good, the characters’ body language translates seamlessly to the other person. The issues they have to deal with on a daily basis are hilarious and the characters questioning them makes one think as well (why do women need to dress up for work? why is it someone’s weight important? etc). The set-up is quite silly, but the show manages to treat real issues with the necessary seriousness and not make fun of them. The character development is believable, the plot does have a few weak points (it’s a romance after all), but in the end it’s a feel-good show with adorable characters and cute kiss scenes.
Pros: amazingly talented actors, cute characters, the kisses!!!
Cons: a bit stereotypical at times, some weak points in the script
Conclusion: ★★★☆☆

guys... what if zhan zheng xi reason for becoming a cop in the future is related to jian yi?? maybe he did it to find his missing lover or (dear god i hope not) bring justice to something that may happen to him... both scenarios made me cry
