i'm convinced that smiley yanxiao and jiangxue are actually dating. like the classic "two aunts that live together (they're secretly in love)" but they're uncles. precious uncles that bicker like an old married couple
After playing a world quest, you cant tell me smiley Yanxiao and Jiangxue aren’t boyfriends
Like come on...
COME ON....
A nice enemies to lovers trope here folks
EVERYBODY SHUT UP FOR I HAVE FOUND THE GAYEST GAYS IN THIS GAME
i mean... take a look at this:
they even have that Gay Judgment™️ stare
FUCK IT
I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ABOUT SMILEY YANXIAO AND JIANGXUE SO I'M GONNA WRITE IT MYSELF.
here's the dialogue from the end of 'fishing jiangxue,' because i really enjoy it.
Okay but everytime I interact with Jiangxue and he mentions his Vision, idk why I have the strong feeling that he had a Hydro vision
Was his vision element ever confirmed? I wanna know more about this dude

Fic: Yanxiao Confidential, Genshin Impact, Smiley Yanxiao/Jiangxue, E-Rated, Jiangxue helps Yanxiao with Lantern Rite eve prep. Excerpt:
Smiley Yanxiao growled over the green onions he was chopping at the sound of a step on the stairs. There was only one person he knew of who was likely to barge into the kitchen during dinner prep. “What now?” he snapped, glancing over his shoulder and expecting to see the Traveller’s slight, blonde form.
The rest of his outburst died unsaid as he blinked. Frozen on the stairs, Jiangxue smiled sheepishly as he held out a large black bass. The tall, scruffy fisherman looked as unshaven as ever, his lanky hair falling uncombed against his cheeks and neck. The old jacket and pants he wore were haphazardly patched, with a sword in a plain scabbard hung at his hip that Yanxiao had never seen him use. “A fish,” Jiangxue said.
“I see that,” Yanxiao said with as much disdain as he could muster.
Sadly, Jiangxue didn’t take the broad hint. “It’s for you.”
“You want it cooked for your dinner? Leave it there and join the queue,” Yanxiao said, gesturing at one of the kitchen workbenches with his cleaver.
Jiangxue placed the fish where indicated. “It’s for your dinner.”
“Already eaten.” Yanxiao had made the Inn’s staff a hearty family meal before prep. “Nothing else? Get out.”
“Well,” Jiangxue said, scratching at his temple, “it’s. The eve of the Lantern Rite? Isn’t today a special dinner?”
“Extra busy, yes, so why are you still here wasting air?” Everyone and their mother seemed to have descended on Wangshu Inn for their reunion dinner, on a day where the Inn was short-staffed. Maybe it was something about it being the first Lantern Rite post-Morax: perhaps people felt like taking a break from the capital. Yanxiao had heard the innkeeper, Huai’an, mention something as much to his wife, the Boss, Madam Goldet. The Traveller had popped by to help move supplies and hang up Xiao lanterns before food prep, but Yanxiao regretted sending them off afterwards. He’d thought that he could handle the rest himself. Not.
