"…That scene just has so much meaning to it. That was in a way his cry for help. He was tired of trying to be strong for so long and pretending that everything is fine. He never got the chance to mourn the loss of family (both the Jiang family and the sect as a whole), and his golden core. And he just had to keep being strong, but he could finally let his guard down a bit with Jiang Yanli. He did not want to worry her though, so all he could do was say he is hungry and ask her to pamper and coddle him.
