Fantasy scenario for Avengers 4
I don't think this one is as likely as my other theories but, here goes.
The Jibari have secretly had the heart shaped herb in the mountains for centuries. They don't believe in using it themselves because it is against their culture.
M'Baku presents Shuri with the herb, and declines to challenge her for the throne.
Shuri becomes the Black Panther.
