Jico has a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Lyceum of the Philippines.
He started joining singing contest at 2nd grade but it was not yet his time, so he loses.
Jico joined the junior choir in their area where they sing in Flores de Mayo and in burial.
He auditioned for the glee club and he became part of it during his elementary, but before his elementary days will end, he left the club. That's the time where he learned to play bamboo flute.
During high school, he joined again the glee club, just to get exempted from the PEHM class.
When Jico was in college, he auditioned for a national singing contest. When the organizer contacted him 'coz he passed the audition, that's the time his phone was lost. Another opportunity vanished.
