Ithnan wasn’t one to show affection towards others, that is unless he had strong feelings towards them. He used to think about how unfortunate he was to find himself spirited away to a different land, but now it was different. He couldn’t think about not being there, with him. He smiled, his hand lingering with Koumei’s “I’m perfectly fine.” he said.

Ithnan gazed up at Koumei, his golden, reptilian eyes showing mixed emotions of both happiness and love. “I’m just fine. Really.” he said again, not sure what else he could say. This wasn’t normal for him.

It was the smell of blood that suddenly distracted him from poking at the mark on his neck. He hadn’t even noticed how dark it already was. But time didn’t really register to him anymore. Gold eyes scanned the streets around the rooftop he was sat on. 

Law’s gaze stopped on a mop of red hair staggering into an alley and out of the light. Thanks to his superior sight, Law could still follow the struggling human anyway. He was tempted to simply leave him be ... but that very old desire of wanting to help people kicked in again. It was all he could really do now anyway ... Wander the world and treat people before vanishing again. 

Sighing, Law jumped off the roof and made his way towards the bleeding man. He finally found him slumped on the ground and leaning against the brick wall. Law crouched down in front of him.

“Want some help? You will bleed out like that.”

Thankfully blood didn’t bother him too much anymore. Though it had taken many years to learn to control those urges.

Something about the Eastern territories fascinated Sinbad to no end. Then again, he has always been a flighty one even during his youth. His mother told him so many spectacular stories about different places and he was determined to see them all. 

His rise to fame and fortune seemed inconsequential. Sinbad merely wanted to know everything he could, to experience life at its fullest. Only when he became Sultan did it all start to sink in - that this was his country now and these were his people. Gone were the days of carefree merrymaking, replaced with nearly endless hours of discussions with trade partners and legal counsels. It seemed that Sinbad has long forgotten his dream of visiting the mysterious, elusive East... until he was invited for a royal audience with the new emperor.

Of course, this was far from what he expected to see.

“I was told that the sun rises from the east,” Sinbad speaks to the ailing king, his tone heavily accented but kind, warm like his touch.

“Although I seem to witness a fallen star in its place.”

I literally pitted the Kou Empire against each other....while it is kind of you to say that, I don’t think angelic would be a good word to describe myself...

Sinbad chuckled. “Enjoying yourself, your majesty~?”

“Don’t touch my wings.”

“No problem, buddy!” Prompto threw his hands up and stepped away from the man, a lightly panicked smile on his face. Blue and gold wings pulled in and he took a few more cautious steps, letting his hands fall to pat against his thighs. “Sorry, didn’t mean to startle you or anything, they just... looked so nice.” 

He knew it was mostly impolite to just reach out and touch but Prompto couldn’t help himself sometimes. Acting without thinking was something of an Argentum specialty - just ask Noctis. “So ah...” One hand went to the back of his neck and Prompto laughed softly. “Um, what’s up? I mean, I get it, you know society says you gotta ask first but those are so vibrant, do you dye them?”
