なんか野菜あったかなーと思いながらキッチン行って おだやか家じゃがいもを発見した喜びといったら♡感謝しかない🥔 椿さんのレシピ本にある「じゃがいものチヂミ」を作りたかったんだよね。チーズないから、とりあえず明日のサンドイッチ用のアボカドを薄くスライスして乗っけてみた。円形に円形重ねてしまったことにひっくり返してから気づく笑。 お野菜おいしいので味付けはいたってシンプルに。ビールとの相性は言わずもがなって感じでー。 #korean #pancakes #jijimi #glutenfree #tableforone
