Newcrest Daycare*

(why there’s a picture limitation ? i can upload hundreds of them !) The daycare is on the third floor of Jill’s office. This was my favorite career on the Sims 3, so I had to do it ! What do you think of this lot ?

Kate is going to take a quick look at the thrird floor. She rents this place to a nice lady who decided to open a daycare. What a wonderful idea ! More simoleons for Kate, but also happier employees !

It takes me some amount of times to make something nice, but not “too” nice. Because they need to work, not to chill. (and don’t pay any attention to Dina in the background. she just like to contemplate herself in the mirror / side note : i forgot to give them some trash can)

Jill Simoleons Investment * First day at the office.

Kate : Hi, may I help you ?

Jennie : Yes, I’ve two teenage girls and I want to open a bank account for my kids... for their college years, you know. I think my ex-husband left some papers here for me.

Kate : I’ll check the data. What’s your name ?

Jennie : Jennie Pha, and my ex husband is Dereck Mallister. And you ?

Kate : Just call me Kate.

Jennie : I thought it was Jill !

Kate : *laugh* Jill is my wife. I named this place after her.

Kate, the owner of Jill’s Simoleons investment, is feeling quite nervous. Tomorrow is the big opening of her agency, established in Newcrest. She had spend all of her savings in this place... It has to work. Looking through the window, she’s waiting for her tech-guru employee to come up. Even if it’s the middle of the night, their software needs some final adjusments before the customers arrival’s.
