Jim lay with smiles on his face that he felt could flutter away of themselves and fill the room with butterflies.
Jamie O'Neill, At Swim, Two Boys
Did ever a man love so well? Was ever a man so beloved? "For myself," he said, speaking slow and a little shyly, "I would rather have known Wolfe Tone than any man whom I have ever heard or ever read." Jim knew this man's heart was deep and true, for he made Jim wish for an equal love and an equal truth in his heart. He was swept by a great desire to take hold of Doyler's hand and tell him in his ear, That's how I think of you, that's exactly how I think of you.

Reading At Swim, Two Boys by Jamie O'Neill.
Good so far, even if it is a bit complicated to read. I have to say one thing though.
That poor flute band! First Brother Polycarp and now Anthony MacMurrough? Poor Jim and Doyler will never have any peace!
I'm hoping that was vague enough that anyone who hasn't read it but wants to won't have anything ruined for them.
