Jinhee had been so absorbed in her drawing that she hadn’t even noticed the practically onyx clouds spiraling above her. Thankful for the female who was leaning over her to tell her the news, Jei looked up and beamed a bright smile despite the weather conditions. “Oh goodness, I didn’t even notice. I guess I was too focused on this,” she murmured as she motioned to her drawing, noticing the lead on the side of her hand from all the blending. A warm bead that fell from the sky landed on the tip of her nose and that was when she quickly placed her drawing back in it’s respectable case to prevent it from getting wet. “That was a close one. If you hadn’t told me, I would have continued! Thank you so much!”
Sojin wasn’t the type to meddle in people’s business normally – but the fact that her eyes had landed on the woman’s drawing before even taking in her features made her intervene this time. After all, her own group member, Yura, was great when it came to drawing, and more than once she’d complained about getting her drawings ruined by rain that she’d failed to see coming. Because of this, when the other thanked her, a sense of accomplishment bubbled up in her chest, making her want to bounce in her spot with excitement. But she forced herself to remain still, instead, brushing a few rain droplets away from her cheek. “Would you like to have some coffee? It’s on me – and the rain may stop in the meantime, hopefully.”
