jinlian both inuyasha and kagome had to work and fight and claw their way to power ups and towa just... kinda does it. 😔its frustrating but. anyway kagome is the best

right! and I appreciate that they made it so Towa already knows how to fight, so she’s not just good at it with no explanation. But there is just a big difference between that and fighting youkai, and there’s no real buildup to everything Towa is doing? Over and over it’s like ‘hey I just randomly have these powers’.

god, and just. when they mentioned that they were going to factor scoring potential into their decision i figured they were going to send kaori because of her score at skate america and how consistently wakaba’s been underscored this season (though she probably wouldn’t be if the jsf would just fight for her more) but apparently it all came down to nationals which is just ???? 

like, kaori earned her spot and she absolutely deserves to go, but wakaba did just a bit more to earn it this season and it’s so frustrating how it seems like her fed is screwing her over at every turn. i’m glad they’re sending her to worlds at least, that they trust her enough to win back that third spot with satoko, but it’s still so disheartening. she deserves so much better than this
