  OVERCOME BY RAGE & HATRED, the teenager can hardly believe the act he had just committed ! Although, it wasn’t any secret that he had been wanting to do that for such a long time now. Not even the SHOGUN himself thought he’d had it in him. Naturally, it was no easy task to catch the infamous information broker off his guard. Masaomi had known that quite well. After all, the two of them had much history together. It was finally time to make the bastard pay. For playing him like a fool, getting Saki hurt and ending up in the hospital.     Everything. 

   On impulse, he brings himself to ram the knife he had been carrying straight through the raven’s side. At long last ! He would finally be rid of the devil who so easily pulled upon his strings. Soon he & his beloved soulmate would be rid of him for good. A look of triumph crosses the assertion of the gang leader before a mix of fear and apprehension entered as well. Dammit. He was really in for it now..But --- What the hell ? Why was he laughing ? He was supposed to be admitting defeat right now ! Well, he’d be dead soon anyway. Hopefully. A pause followed by a sharp intake of breath can be heard as he scowls at the other before lashing out.

The canine culprit in question let out a loud balk of laughter before it evolved into an uproar of chuckles so hard that he fell onto his back! This was too rich! The mighty Izaya Orihara really was scared of dogs! What a riot!

“My! My stomach! My stomach hurts! Aire! I n-nee-need air! I can’t breathe!” His front paws came to wrap around his stomach as tears ran down his cheeks to stain the tan fur in its wake. Oh, his day had been pretty good up until this point; now it was fucking fantastic!

“You’re literally like a cat! I’m amazed you didn’t scurry up the pole you’re hiding behind!”

Ikebukuro; the city of urban myths, legends and all that other good jazz. Seems like the right place for a dog like me.

From the moment he had decided to see what else was out there, away from his home, Calvin hadn’t had the best of luck with finding a place that could act as a base of operations for him. Being that he often preferred being in his true form compared to most other occupants of his homeworld, it’s been a struggle for the alien to find somewhere that wouldn’t make him stick out like a sore thumb whenever he wanted to get some dirt beneath his paws.

So! When he heard about a city where there was a no-headed motorcyclist, a guy that tossed vending machines around like they were nothing, red-eyed demon knife-wielders, he figured that was the perfect place to head to!

Amazing stroke of luck that he had crashed here after that giant storm threw him and his little piece of shit dingy around like ants in a hurricane.....

Yet, now that he’s here, it seems he’s greatly underestimated the size of the metropolis. Still, it was around the same size as the city he lived in, shouldn’t be that hard to navigate once he managed to secure some landmarks to go by.

“Alright Ikebukuro. Let’s see what you’ve got to offer me.” Calvin found it best to get his bearings while in his two-legged form first. Better to get a good look at things from a more prominent degree before he got a severe change in perspective.

But she can’t say he’s wrong, either. Rei crumples a napkin, watching it tear slowly as she moves it over and over between her fingers. Izaya’s been talking for awhile now, saying things and meaning others and she wishes he’d just say what he really means for once.

He’s always been good at that, saying things without actually saying them and maybe that’s always been the problem; sometimes she wants him to say them, but it’s just not in his nature to do that and she can’t change him (doesn’t want to change him, because then he wouldn’t be Izaya).

if you’re going to say goodbye, then maybe you should just say goodbye, she tells him finally, sliding her phone across the table for him to read. instead of talking around the words like not saying them will make a difference.

It's a good thing he's caught Aoi off guard, because before she'd even realized it! Izaya's leaned over close enough to /almost/ give the girl as kiss on a cheek.

There were some things she could tolerate Izaya doing, like sticking his head in a wood chipper and staying at least twenty feet away from her at all times, with the woodchipper being preferred. She was usually bright and bubbly, but the informant was just.. Ugh-! She hated everything about him!

And just having him so close to her face, completely out of the blue, sent a shiver down her spine at the same time it made her want to slap him until he passed out! “You freak nature!” the black haired woman snapped, turning her head to glare at him-

And found their lips connected, instead.

Oh, hell no.

Pulling away after a brief moment of surprise, she went through with the motion to slap him and quickly rubbed at her mouth “Oh my god EW NO NEVER AGAIN-!!!!”
