Drawing I did of my character Jirak. This time we see his fullbody on what he looks like . He's doing a big rawr !

He is a wrestler dragon.

Some interesting things I realized from watching the opening credits for a 3rd time: 

Lizard people are totally a thing in the world of Bright. Note the lizard-like caution/crossing sign and how one of the hanging tree figures has a tail.

I think a lady in the titty-bar blinked double eyelids- maybe she was one?

“But elves are more equal” is a reference to Animal Farm (as I’m sure most of you are aware) which implies that Orwell’s works still exist in this universe AND at least one Fogtooth payed attention in English Lit

Orcs are pun-loving shits: “Be yORCself” 

The raised, bleeding fists are actually depicting the ritual for when an Orc gets blooded, as we discover later in the movie

I didn’t get screenshots for ALL the instances, but Jirak is a HUGE figure in Orcish culture- SEVERAL murals depicted him, especially him in battle with the Dark Lord

Orcs, though clearly oppressed, have served in many or all of the major wars in US history- moving left to right, we see the uniforms in the second to last picture get increasingly modern looking. I’m no expert, but the second from the left looks like its from WW 1 or 2, then the Korean War era, Vietnam, and modern day

The first uniform could just refer to Jirak, but it seems an oversimplification to think that Jirak was the ONLY orc who fought the Dark Lord

We actually get hints at lore not established in the film but told to us in a short Netflix released on FB (x)-  for example, that it was Jirak who founded the Shield of Light (note his shield in the final mural)

This is less of a realization than an interesting detail, but if you look to the left of the Jirak Lives! mural, you’ll see were someone tagged “Pig Skin,” a slur against orcs. It just seems telling that such a derogatory term would butt up against a mural depicting Orc pride

I don't know if y'all have seen the History of Magic video on the Bright FB page. It kinda answers the questions about magic and how the wand was created and such. Also, Jirak was the first Bright. And also he's the founder of the Shield Of Light.

This makes me wonder if Jakoby is a Bright too.
