“What do you mean for what? Did you or did you not say you were going to help me with my apartment? Jinah looked up at the younger man with a raised brow. Her voice was quiet and her face expressionless save for the questioning glance. “I need to make a custom shelf for my living space. Hardware stores not only have the supplies, but they can build almost anything for you there.”
She pulled out her phone as they entered the building to show him her plans. “I’m sure they will have everything here, but I need help carrying these around and finding them.” Her eyes glanced around for the first isle she was looking for; screws and nails. “Did you forget our conversation yesterday?” She really didn’t know anyone around town yet. So when this young guy heard her plight and offered to help, well of course she said yes to that.
