hey jj! my anxiety is acting up rlly bad today so i have a self indulgent thought/request for matt taking care of someone when they’re having a bad day <3

I hope your anxiety gives you a break soon babes.

Matt could tell that today was going to be a rough one from the moment you woke up. He could hear your heart beating faster than normal, a sign that today wouldn't go too great for you. "I'll be right back lovely," he spoke softly before getting out of bed and going to the other room to inform Foggy that he would work from home that day.

When Matt returned, you were still in bed and opened your arms for him to join you. "You okay?" he asked as he laid back beside you.

"Yeah," you attempted to lie to him, but he could hear in your voice and your heart rate that you weren't being honest.

"I know you're lying but I'm not going to press you about it," he said, pulling you closer to him as he spoke. "Is today a 'stay in bed' day or do you want to try and do anything?" he asked, knowing that you usually felt better when you feel that you accomplished something but that it often took too much energy when your anxiety was as bad as it is right now.

"Stay in bed," you mumbled, snuggling closer to him. Matt nodded as he slowly rubbed your back.

After laying in bed for a while, Matt ordered food for the two of you and slowly got out of bed. His heart broke a little when he heard the little whine you let out as he stood up, "I'm not going anywhere. I'm just getting you some tea angel," he said before kissing your forehead.

Matt left the room to make you a cup of your favorite tea, sitting in bed with you when he returned and handed you the cup. "Do you want to talk about anything?" he asked, wrapping his arm around you and allowing you to lay your head on his shoulder.

"Everything just feels off today," you told him. "I don't know why but I can't calm down and it's a lot all at once."

"It's okay," he reassured you.

Matt spent the rest of the day taking on extra household responsibilities and doing anything he could for you. "I love you," he whispered, placing a gentle kiss on your forehead when the two of you went to bed that night.

Okay but where does "why did you hit me you fucking bitch" comes from? Like i know all the other lines but that one should have left an impact but i can't remember it

Ken wrote that line on a notepad and it was caught on video. It caused a bit of a kerfuffle but honestly Ken’s always been a potty mouth and idk why it was even a big deal when people are the creepers who paused the vid to see what he wrote ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
