Feeling so grateful for where I am today. A year ago I was working at a corporate job where I was constantly stressed and unhappy. I always felt like I was in the "wrong place". I started having health issues and knew I had to make a big shift to survive. So I took the leap in March to grow my own business. Today, I wake up energized and excited to start the day. My business is growing quickly and I'm creating the most amazing and supportive team of women. When I started using essential oils in 2008, I swore I'd never do the business but I'm so glad I did. We get to be part of the transformation of the planet, helping others manage difficult emotions, let go of trauma, stress, and anger and live life to their full potential. Self-care Sunday - I made it back to the yoga studio after months of not going and picked up some Liquid Sunshine @kurepdx on my way home. I've been "too busy" building my business to get to class, or so I thought. I know I'm more focused, effective, and joyful when I'm going to yoga regularly. Our dog and her human. Cinnamon is quite the character. She is technically my son's dog. He is a full time student in Alabama so he lives 4 days there and 3 days here on the weekend when he's working. He had just come home from work on Friday and sat down and up she went, onto his lap.
