Stuff I can’t tell anyone in person

I can’t tell anyone I know in person this, but I don’t know any of you, so I suppose I can do it here, and I HAVE to tell someone, or I’m going to burst! I’ve gotten my first wardrobe job offer on a broadway show!!!! I can’t take it right now, but when I move back to New York in the spring it’ll be waiting for me! And it’s not just any broadway show… It’s THE broadway show. The one I thought would never ever ever contact me. But they did.

Messing around with accessory core work at the end of max squats and power jerks. This is an actual exercise:#pushup to #plank. It's great for core stability and arm strength. This is an advance version with a #trx and extending with lateral wrist flexion. While it looks extreme and possibly unnecessary, it does build strength in the wrist, great for strikers, baseball players, golfers, and football players.
