With the nobility and the ministry, to be certain. I wouldn’t call his censure of the nobility too judgmental, because I think OOC that systems of nobility are flawed and oppressive by design, the same opinion that Egan holds. His judgment, however, is much more personal, and carries with it the weight of past abuse. Anyone who is a part of that system or favors the system immediately earns Egan’s ire.
